The Study of Management Non-profit Organization in Education

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design an optimalization of managerial activities of non-for-profit educational organization to ensure efficient flow of its activities and efficient decision-making process in the management of this organization. Theoretical knowledge about this issue is compared with „real life“ state of non-for-profit organization – Kindergarden, Brno, Elišky Krásnohorské 15. The analysis of nowadays state of management is based on internal documents, code of law for education, regulations and publications on organizational management and economy. Finally, recommendations how to improve activities in management of non-profit-organization are conceived.
Assistant of teacher at an elementary school for children with specific learning disabilities

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part is divided into three chapters, which describe specific learning disabilities, education of pupils with specific learning disabilities and last part deals with the teaching assistant. The second part is practically oriented and the main one is to determine whether pupils third grade elementary school teacher's assistant fruitful work and whether his work reflected on the quality of pupils' school work and their results. Selection process of the school director position from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with the selection process of the school director position. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part is concerned with the school director position and its competence, on the other hand with the legislation relevant to the selection process of the school director. In the end of the theoretical part author analyses the selection process in Slovakia. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of Czech teachers and headmasters of the selection process and of the Education Act novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how these interested sides perceive the selection process, whether the opinions are the same or different. The conclusions of the literature analysis and the research can be used for the improvement of the school director selection process in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 teachers and 13 headmasters. TITLE: Legal Analysis of the Process of Children's Nursery School Enrolment AUTHOR: Jaroslava Oplová DEPARTMENT: The Centre of School Management SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: The paper work deals with individual operations in the process of admitting children to the nursery schools, following primarily the Education Law and Civil Service Rules. The legal frame of administration authority actions such as contained in the Civil Service Rules is rational, however very extensive. A thorough knowledge of additional related legal regulations is necessary to observe legitimacy in the course of entire administrative procedure. The admission standards become significantly involved, according to which the ranking of applicants is determined. After passing the Law No.49/2009, which altered the Law No. 561/2004 of Statute Book on preschool, elementary, secondary, college and other education (Education Law), in reading of later regulations, discrepancies in legal provisions of Education Law in the decision-making field concerning also preschool education have happened, as the decision-making in admission to nursery schools was removed from the scope of the Civil Service Rules. Safety and risks in high school laboratory

Czech Law concerning work safety in high school laboratory in the Czech Republic is constantly changing, while these changes in the law might go unnoticed by high school teachers. These teachers are often not informed which law is currently in effect and if it has any impact on their teaching in chemical laboratories. Therefore, this work presents compiled laws that influence teaching in chemical laboratories, translates their meaning into comprehensible sentences and then puts them together to a summary of these laws. To keep this information up to date, a basic web design is included in this work that will be put on web www.studiumchemie.cz, where it will be actualized by author of this thesis. On this web high school teachers will have the opportunity to easily access both original formulations and translated meaning of the law. Influence of the amendment to the education law on the work of school directors

Final Bachelor thesis deals with the role of the school directors, his functions and work duties. Discusses the bankruptcy proceedings and the position of the founders to bankruptcy proceedings.To determine whether a change in his amendment to the Education Law No. 472/2011 Coll., section 166, influenced the work of school directors, how and in what areas. It deals with the attitudes and opinions of the Board of Directors to amend the law, whether the amendment of the Education Law is from their view the optimal solution. It draws from the research brings the investigation undertaken in a randomly selected group of Directors of kindergartens and basic schools as the initial reaction after application of the changes resulting of the amendment to the Education Law. Kindergarten as public service

The aim of this work is to look into the issue of interpretation of the term public service in preschool education. The main goal is to find out how this service is understood by parents who use this service - whether their interpretation corresponds with the needs of children and to what extent they recognize the social mission of kindergarten. In addition, ttthe ambition here is to show the neccesity of change the traditional perception of education which has become part of market environment. Therefore the works highlights positive benefits of marketing management of school. The work is also focused on effective school communication as a way to reach the basic mission of school. The aim of my work was to know independently, according to the novels and decrees. write an individual plan for a particular child. But the main goal of my 3-year practice was to prepare a little girl for a regular primary school. As a preparation, I was guided by the already mentioned individual educational plan. From the beginning, my plans helped assemble a little girl psychologist. She also started with her, so the goals we chose were unreasonable. It is also important to mention that these are individual plans for a nursery girl. I'm positive about my chosen goal because Christianka got to a regular elementary school. As far as the plan is concerned, after consulting the school management and the psychologist, I have mastered the final individual plan.
